GRAPHICS - DAY 1

CREATIVITY HAS NO END

Firstly we got introduced to our graphics tutor this week, Andy. He made a presentation about graphics. We saw his own work, and then he told what graphics is all about. 

After the presentation we made some drawing of faces, but it was not that simple. Firstly we had to draw someone without looking at the person, then we had to draw a person with our mouth and finally drawing a person with your alternative hand and a drawing of yourself. 
It was quite difficult to draw in the alternatives ways, and especially with the mouth. But anyway it was quite fun to do. Then we had to draw a ear. I used pencils, charcoal and ink. I think it turned out to be okay, but i'm not completely satisfied. I think that I should have made some more shadows a few places, but otherwise it is okay. 

Finally we were asked to make a collage. We had to bring in 10 pictures of faces for today, and it turned out that we had to use them in our collage. I wish that I have brought some more pictures with me, because then I think my result would have been better, so I'm not satisfied with the collage. I might start over and make a better one.
